We read every email. We usually reply within 2 business days (Türkiye time, GMT+3).
When you write in, it helps us help you faster if you can include:
Open BrewFocus → Settings → Edit profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your sessions, tasks, projects, settings, and avatar. You can also email us and we will delete it for you. Full details and what is kept vs. deleted: Delete your account.
Open BrewFocus → Settings → Account → Export My Data. We send a JSON file to your registered email address.
Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. “Lifetime” purchases do not renew and do not need to be cancelled.
First, open BrewFocus and tap Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t resolve it, email sleaksoftware@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and we will sort it out.
Make sure you are signed in on both devices with the same email. On mobile, background battery optimisation may kill the app; add BrewFocus to your device’s “never sleep” list if your timer stops unexpectedly.
